Boiler Service: £80 + Parts.
Landlord safety check: £80.
Boiler service & Landlord safety check (inc certificate): £140 + parts.
Power flushing: first 5 radiators/panels £285 £18/per radiator panel thereafter. (Includes chemicals).
All other works: £80 for the first hour £38.00/hr thereafter + parts.
Emergency out of hrs call out: £130 for first hour or part of, then £70/hr thereafter.
Central London £90 for the first hour, thereafter in 15 minute increments.
We are not VAT Registered. No VAT applies to the the above prices.
